Telephone:
An initial telephone session allows a person to decide whether this form of therapy is the right one for them. At the agreed and appointed time I will ring you on your land line which means you do not incur any additional charges. The session will last for approximately 50 minutes.
On Line:
This therapy is offered via Skype and Web cam through the computer. To access this you will need Skype software (which can be downloaded for free), a webcam and internet connection

Both telephone and on line therapy sessions are booked in the first instance via email and a suitably arranged time is agreed. After the first session, if further sessions are required these are booked at the end of each session.
Email Counselling:
Client and therapist correspond via email and because emails can be written at any time over a continued period, the client has the facility to email at the most convenient time for them.
