Simply put, counselling involves helping a client(s) to work through difficult or painful feelings / emotions to bring clarity and find ways to rediscover your confidence and personal power. Counselling provides individuals with time and space to explore thoughts and feelings in an environment that is safe, confidential, empowering and free from intrusion.
